In-house Financing Guidelines and Requirements

Camella Homes is also offering IN-HOUSE FINANCING for clients who are not qualified to avail Bank Financing.

QUALIFICATIONS TO AVAIL IN-HOUSE FINANCING

  • Maximum of 10 years loan term only.
  • Fixed interest fixing at 19% for maximum 10 years loan term.
  • Buyer must meet the minimum gross salary requirement for his/her desired amortization term.
  • Buyer must not be more than 65 years old upon loan maturity.
  • Clients with financier or are financially-assisted are welcome to avail In-house Financing.

FOR LOCALLY EMPLOYED (Buyer/Spouse)

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID Picture
  • 2 pcs. Government-issued valid ID
  • Birth Certificate (if single) / Marriage Certificate (for married)
  • Certificate of No Marriage (if single above 30 years old)
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Residence Certificate (Cedula)
  • Proof of Billing Address (with Barangay Certificate if renting)
  • Notarized Contract of Employment with Compensation
  • Bank Statements (latest 6 months)
  • Payslips (latest 3 months)
  • Latest ITR (Income Tax Return)

FOR OFW / OVERSEAS-BASED IMMIGRANTS  (Buyer/Spouse/AIF)

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID Picture
  • 2 pcs. Government-issued valid ID
  • Birth Certificate (if single) / Marriage Certificate (for married)
  • Certificate of No Marriage (if single above 30 years old)
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Passport (Photocopy)
  • (Notarized/Consularized) Contract of Employment with Compensation
